Insurance sales training

Insurance sales training for producers who want to sell more.

You already know how to sell a policy. What nobody taught you is how to hold the frame when a real prospect hesitates, when the spouse is in the other room, when the lay down deal never shows up. That is the half of the month that decides your income, and it is the half this program is built on.

Three weeks. Your calls. Your book.

Week one and two · Live training

Team trainings run Tuesday and Friday at noon Eastern. You bring your real calls, your real pipeline, and the deals that died on you. Nothing is hypothetical. Every rep is run against the conversations you are actually having this month.

One on ones

You sit with Chase and Owen directly. They read your calls, find where the deal actually died, and hand you the line or the question that would have saved it. Not a course. Not a video library. Coaching on your book.

Week three · Implementation

The third week is you running the new frame on live prospects while the coaches watch. Results are read on the following month's commission run, because that is the only scoreboard that matters.

What makes this different from every training you have bought.

The equation

(Effort + Skills) × Identity = Result. Effort and skills add. Identity multiplies. Most insurance sales training only touches the first two, which is why most of it wears off by Thursday.

Objectionless Selling

Our objection prevention framework. The objection is killed in discovery, long before the close, so there is nothing left to rebut at the kitchen table. Prevention over handling. Always.

The four types

Every producer is one of four archetypes: The Grinder, The Technician, The Dreamer, The Architect. Each one gets sales wrong in a different way. The quiz tells you which one you are and what to work on first.

Life, annuities, high ticket

Whether you run life appointments, sit with retirees, or close high ticket over the phone, the skill is the same: read the hesitation before it becomes an objection, and take the prospect somewhere a script never could.

If annuities are the cases you keep handing to somebody else, start with the Annuity Close Framework, then come back and take the closer quiz.

In their own words

Real Closers

These are individual experiences. Results vary, and nothing here is a promise of income or of any particular result.

Find out what type of closer you are first.

Eleven questions. See what kind of closer you are, what you are doing wrong, and what to work on first. Then watch the live training and decide if the sprint is built for you.
